Leading beverage producer Coca Cola has launched Minute Maid Pulpy Orange, diversifying its beverage portfolio in Kenya and building its credentials as a Total Beverage Company.
“The new Minute Maid Pulpy Orange contains real fruit juice and pulp and no added preservatives,” said Lucy Oduor, the Coca-Cola Marketing Manager-Kenya.
Minute Maid Pulpy Orange joins Minute Maid Mango, Tropical and Apple which are already in the market.
With the launch, Coca Cola Company also announced a $30 million investment in new production technology to propel its juice business in the country.
The state-of-the-art technology dubbed “Hotfill” Technology uses heat to sterilize the product and the packaging before packing, offering superior and world class standards.
Oduor added, “Coca-Cola is really excited about the fast growth and opportunities in Kenya’s beverage market.”
