Finance Minister, Archer Mangueira, has guaranteed transparency in the payment of public debt contracted to national economic agents and the Executive will take inflation into account.
The head of the Finance Ministry spoke to newsmen at the end of a meeting of the National Council for Social Concert, which among other issues, analyzed the strategy of gradual regularization of internal arrears of 2014, 2015 and 2016 and the amounts available for debt settlement.
He informed that payments will be made in a phased manner, giving priority to creditors who have served in more sensitive sectors, such as defense, health and education.
Regarding the implementation of the credit line to support the young entrepreneur (PROJOVEM), the Finance minister reported that one of the main constraints is linked to the quality of the projects.
He said that so far seven projects have been approved under PROJOVEM, totaling around 22 million kwanzas.
The official promised more speed in the management of the credit line, with guarantee of the improvement of the assistance to the projects to be submitted to the bank for financing.
