Gaming Industry Giant, Clarion Unveils ‘It’s Time’ Campaign to Highlight Africa’s Potential as a Strategic Growth Market

Clarion Gaming, a leading London-based events and entertainment company, has unveiled a campaign aimed at underscoring the importance of Africa as a strategic growth market.

The campaign, titled ‘It’s time’, will serve as the theme of a creative movement developed by Clarion Gaming in support of ICE Africa, a business-to-business event aimed at promoting the continent’s gaming industry.

ICE Africa was inspired by its originator, ICE Totally Gaming, which represents the entire gaming industry covering land-based and online channels across all sectors

ICE serves as a meeting place, an educational and debating forum and a networking and social hub for the gaming industry.

The affair continues to be the leading industry event due to its size and scale, the quality and quantity of the audience and the consequent networking and business development opportunities it offers.

Clarion, which provides exhibitions, conferences, and technical training as well digital and print information for the gaming industry, has stated that ICE Africa will be an event where the industry can meet, network, see the very latest gaming innovations, share best practice and progress in a strategic and sustainable manner.

The first edition of ICE Africa will take place on the 24th and 25th of October at the Sandton Convention Centre in South Africa. The print and digital campaign, which will comprise extensive public relations (PR), advertising, sponsorship, experiential and direct marketing, as well as a dedicated social media offensive, will underline the importance of Africa as a strategic growth market and the vision of bringing ‘ICE into Africa’ – the first occasion the world’s leading gaming event brand has travelled outside its London, UK, home.

Its brands are delivered globally and attract more than 50,000 customers annually in locations spanning every continent, with flagship brand ICE London recognised as being the world’s largest gaming technology exhibition.
